Most people like to start with an introduction to potential site visitors. For a personal introduction it might say something like this:

Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

…or for business use something like this would be appropriate introduction:

The Elvira’s Design Company was founded in 2020, and has been providing stylish fashion products to the public ever since. Located in My Beautiful Town, Elvira’s Design Company employs 6 people and creates bespoke custom designs for the local community.
